Contexte
1 billion people will live in African cities by 2040 according to the World Bank. African urbanisation will therefore accelerate with growing needs for building and infrastructure construction.
Eiffage is a major contributor to greenhouse gas emissions in its capacity as a major player in the construction and concessions sector. We therefore need to transform our business models to decarbonise our activities in order to participate in a common vision: one where cities will enable a large number of people to be moved, fed and housed, with a low-carbon impact.
We believe that our success lies in collaboration between actors across our entire value chain. SEKOYA Africa is our platform for the identification of low-carbon solutions in Africa, for Eiffage Senegal and its partners, with a focus on Senegal.
Following our first call for low carbon solutions, 4 winning solutions have been selected and are currently being implemented.
However, you still have the possibility to continuously register your solutions on the platform, in order to allow us to identify you and to search together for ways to implement your solutions.
